More than that, you’ll also be part of a Facebook group to help keep you accountable; to vent to, share highs with and make connections with people who know exactly what you’re going through.

You’ll also receive 1 hour weekly calls with me so we can address exactly what you’re going through each week to help you overcome what is holding you back. This is a program that actually works with your personal goals and helps you create a healthier lifestyle that you will be able to maintain.
