HOW I CAN HELP YOU

My name is Jeff and I have a desire to help busy men and women live healthy strong lives through Strength Training, Nutrition and proper mindset.

Ten years ago I would have never thought I would want to do something like this. I was your typical blue collar tradesman with no desire to ever optimize my life. As long as I had a six pack in the fridge life was good. But life stopped being good after awhile and I realized I needed more. I also realized I was very out of shape. So I made a change, or started to.

Over the next couple years I completely transformed my body and got the physique I wanted. But something was still missing. I put all this time into my body but no time into my mind, or my relationships. which still made me unhappy. So I started reading and learning from some of the top coaches in the business.

Now I want to share my knowledge with you.

Every day I am still improving and optimizing my life more and more.

Jeff Andres

Hi there! I’m Jeff, founder and head coach at Revamp Strength

I am a husband and father of two amazing kids. I have a full time job and I run Revamp Strength. My life is busy. I discovered years ago the key to balancing all of these things equally. My relationship with my wife, spending quality time with my kids, eating healthy, training hard and efficiently.

This has changed my life exponentially, I wake up before the sun every morning because I am ready to attack the day. I love my life. But I never used to feel that way. I was always stressed and angry. I have found a few key habits that have completely changed my perspective and outlook on life.

I want to share these with as many people as I can. Come and join me as I continue to evolve and grow.
